Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the American Standard Co. E99A08879 / X13650481-02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Analog-Devices products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Parker product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Analog-Devices such as the STBHL02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A400000664 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX34050S2 by Manufacturer Parker as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Amk Brand DV414AB0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amphenol such as 10034SY equipment made by Amphenol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amphenol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amphenol" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SV069G002G1200 made by Anderson as well as the popular 011000445REVA original spares produced by Andover-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 386770 by Andron and 10034SY spares by Amphenol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2M186 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek.
